Stock Lists
Stock lists define recurring product requirements for locations, enabling automated replenishment.
Creating a Stock List
- Navigate to Run → Stock Lists
- Click Create Stock List
- Configure:
- Name: Descriptive name for the stock list
- Location: Target location
- Schedule: Recurrence schedule (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Items: Products and target quantities
Stock List Items
Add products to the stock list:
For each product:
- Product: Select product
- Target Quantity: Desired quantity at location
- Min Quantity: Minimum before replenishment
- Max Quantity: Maximum to order
- Reorder Point: When to trigger replenishment
Stock List Rules
Configure rules for automatic replenishment:
- Auto-Pull: Automatically create pull requests when below reorder point
- Approval Required: Require approval before creating pull requests
- Supplier: Default supplier for items
- Lead Time: Expected lead time for replenishment
Publishing Stock Lists
- Review stock list configuration
- Click Publish
- Stock list becomes active and will:
- Generate pull requests based on schedule
- Monitor inventory levels
- Trigger alerts when below reorder point
Managing Stock Lists
- Clone: Create a copy of an existing stock list
- Archive: Archive inactive stock lists
- Unpublish: Stop automatic replenishment
- Schedule: Modify recurrence schedule
- Items: Add, remove, or update items
