Alerts Configuration

Configure where alerts are sent and which alert types are enabled.

Alert Destinations

Configure where alerts are sent:
  • Email: Email addresses to receive alerts
  • Webhook: Webhook URLs for external systems
  • Slack: Slack channels for alerts

Adding a Destination

  1. Click Add Destination
  2. Select type (Email, Webhook, or Slack)
  3. Enter destination details
  4. Enable/disable the destination

Alert Types

Configure which alert types are enabled:
  • Stockout: Alert when inventory is out of stock
  • Low ATP: Alert when ATP is below threshold
  • Forecast Deviation: Alert when actual deviates from forecast
  • Expiry: Alert when items are approaching expiry
  • Slow Moving: Alert for slow-moving inventory
  • Overstock: Alert for overstock situations

Alert Settings

Configure alert behavior:
  • Cooldown Minutes: Minimum time between alerts (5-1440 minutes)
  • Enabled: Enable/disable all alerts
  • Per-Channel: Enable alerts per channel

Permissions & Roles

Configuring alerts requires tenant admin permissions. Alert configuration affects all users in the organization.
