Quickstart

Get Better Data running with your first loop in under 30 minutes.

1. Create your account

   Sign up at app.betterdata.com. New organizations start on the Starter plan by default, with Growth and Enterprise upgrades available.

2. Import your catalog

   Load products first so every downstream loop has SKU references.

3. Import inventory

   Inventory levels unlock ATP and allocation logic.

4. Run your first loop

   Create a purchase order in SCM (Procurement -> New Purchase Order) to open an scm.procurement loop instance.

5. Invite your team

   Add users under Settings -> Team and assign roles: TENANT_ADMIN, PLANNER, SUPPLY_CHAIN_MANAGER, WAREHOUSE_LEAD, PROCUREMENT_APPROVER.

6. Connect an AI agent (optional)

   Enable Commerce Gateway for conversational operational access.
