Viewing Inventory

View current inventory levels across locations, channels, and products.

Viewing by Location

  1. Navigate to Run → Viewing Inventory
  2. Select a location from the location filter
  3. View inventory levels for all products at that location

Viewing by Channel

  1. Navigate to Run → Viewing Inventory
  2. Select a channel from the channel filter
  3. View inventory allocated to that channel

Viewing by Product

  1. Navigate to Run → Viewing Inventory
  2. Search for a product by SKU or name
  3. View inventory levels across all locations and channels

Channel-Location Drilldown

For detailed analysis:
  1. Select a channel and location combination
  2. View inventory breakdown by:
    • Product
    • Lot number (if lot tracking enabled)
    • Bin location (if bin tracking enabled)
    • Status (available, reserved, allocated)
Use filters to narrow your view:
  • Location: Filter by specific locations
  • Channel: Filter by sales channels
  • Product: Search by SKU, name, or category
  • Status: Filter by inventory status
  • Date Range: View historical inventory levels

Permissions & Roles

Viewing inventory requires standard user permissions. All inventory views are scoped to your organization.
