ATP Policies
Available to Promise (ATP) policies define how inventory is allocated and promised to customers.
Creating an ATP Policy
- Navigate to Admin → ATP Policies
- Click Create Policy
- Configure:
- Name: Policy name
- Scope: Product, channel, location scope
- Rules: ATP calculation rules
ATP Rules
Minimum Stock
- Minimum Level: Minimum stock to maintain
- Below Minimum: Action when below minimum
Safety Stock
- Safety Stock Level: Safety stock quantity
- Calculation Method: How safety stock is calculated
Reserve Stock
- Reserve Quantity: Quantity to reserve
- Reserve Reason: Why stock is reserved
ATP Calculation
ATP is calculated as:
ATP = On-Hand - Reserved - Allocated - Safety Stock
