ATP Policies

Available to Promise (ATP) policies define how inventory is allocated and promised to customers.

Creating an ATP Policy

1. Navigate to Admin → ATP Policies
2. Click Create Policy
3. Configure:
   • Name: Policy name
   • Scope: Product, channel, location scope
   • Rules: ATP calculation rules

ATP Rules

Minimum Stock

• Minimum Level: Minimum stock to maintain
• Below Minimum: Action when below minimum

Safety Stock

• Safety Stock Level: Safety stock quantity
• Calculation Method: How safety stock is calculated

Reserve Stock

• Reserve Quantity: Quantity to reserve
• Reserve Reason: Why stock is reserved

ATP Calculation

ATP is calculated as:

1ATP = On-Hand - Reserved - Allocated - Safety Stock
