Webhooks Introduction

Webhooks allow you to receive real-time notifications when events occur in your organization.

Supported Webhooks

Stripe Webhooks

Receive Stripe payment events:

  • Payment success/failure
  • Subscription updates

Square Webhooks

Receive Square payment events:

  • Payment events
  • Inventory updates

Configuring Webhooks

  1. Navigate to Admin → Integrations
  2. Click Add Webhook
  3. Configure:
    • URL: Webhook endpoint URL
    • Events: Events to subscribe to
    • Secret: Webhook secret for verification

Scope: Workspace-scoped — requires organization administrator permissions and valid credentials for that workspace.
